 The Mansfield Hotel is a first class hotel located off Fifth Avenue, in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. A turn of the century detailed 16 foot lobby ceiling illuminated with original brass rosettes, a polished and flame cut floor of yellow Bulgarian limestone, while Elie Nadelman's 22 original dry point drawings repose dramatically in the library, interspersed among the novels of Dickens, Austen, Doctorow and Hemingway. The unique guest rooms feature sleigh beds with back lit iron and wire mesh headboards.
The beds are finished with white and beige cotton Belgian linens, and the floors are ebony stained. The custom etched glass French doors and ingeniously crafted metal and fabric armoires ensure that each guest's room is the perfect relaxing retreat. In the hallways, the original terrazzo floors shine again flowing into the oval staircases with their refurbished hand turned mahogany railings and intricate iron balustrades. With all of this one can easily see that a stay at Mansfield will be an unforgettable sense enveloping experience. The hotel is minutes to fine dining, shopping and entertainment.
